Welcome! Working in corporate life and having a family with 3 children to raise did not leave me with much energy to want to work out at the end of the day. As a result, I had gained 40 lbs and experienced plantar fasciitis flare ups, shoulder pain, back pain and knee pain. Thankfully, I took a holistic approach to lifestyle change which helped me to reach my personal level of optimal wellness and I want to help you do the same.
When I started working with Imrana, I had two goals – to lose weight and to become more fit. I have achieved these goals and learned valuable information about my nutrition. Imrana keeps my workouts varied and interesting which helps to keep me motivated and on track. Each week I leave every session knowing what I need to do on my own in order to meet my goals. I strongly recommend Imrana as a coach because she is very knowledgable and provides a friendly and fun workout environment, yet she keeps you working hard and on track to achieve your goals.
