Welcome! Working in corporate life and having a family with 3 children to raise did not leave me with much energy to want to work out at the end of the day. As a result, I had gained 40 lbs and experienced plantar fasciitis flare ups, shoulder pain, back pain and knee pain. Thankfully, I took a holistic approach to lifestyle change which helped me to reach my personal level of optimal wellness and I want to help you do the same.
