Individual 1-1 Coaching

  • Consultations are purchased along with a Fitness & Health Coaching Package of your choice.
  • Schedule a 90-minute Consultation (in-person or online).
    • Consultation fee is paid in advance upon scheduling.
    • Consultation may be in-person or online.
    • Consultations are required because they help us to discover the best ways to achieve your health & fitness goals together.
    • A deep dive approach is taken during this consultation session where we learn about your current lifestyle, strengths, personality.
    • You will also perform some fitness assessments which will help us develop a catered health & fitness plan specific to you.
  • You create your own Fitness & Health Coaching Package.
    • You select 3 options:
      1. Do you want an in-person or online session?
      2. How long do you want each session to be?
        • 30, 45 or 60 minutes
      3. How many sessions do you want to purchase?
        • 5, 10 or 15 sessions
    • Package fee is paid in advance upon scheduling.

Group Coaching

  • Group Training (10 person & 8-session minimum)
  • Session Fee is paid in full in advance.
  • IN PERSON:
    • You find your group of 10 friends and provide the space.
    • Each individual brings a yoga mat, water bottle, snack & enthusiasm.
    • Coach brings the know-how & workout supplies
  • ONLINE:
    • Same as in person, plus everyone may need workout supplies at home depending on the day’s workout
    • Coach provides the online link and brings the know-how.
